Provide comfortable housing for low income seniors and mobility challenged adults.
Develop Westover Trace to address the increasing need for affordable housing.
Westover Trace was established over 60 years ago as the Presbyterian Service Center by Dr. Charles Boyd, a physician who was looking for a home for himself and his disabled in-laws. Initially created by three Houston-area Presbyterian congregations, the organization became an independent, chartered non-profit organization in 1958. We service a total of 11 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with garages and carports.
Westover Trace is governed by an all-volunteer board of directors, coming from local church congregations throughout the Houston area. The property is managed by a third-party property management firm on behalf of the board.
